How to use merkio

Web app (in the browser)

Ready to use right away on phone, tablet and PC – no installation. Works on iPhone and iPad too.

  1. Open app.merkio.de in your browser.
  2. Create an account, then create a group or join with a code.
  3. Optionally choose “Add to Home Screen” in the browser menu – merkio then launches like a real app.

iPhone/iPad: Open app.merkio.de in Safari → tap the share icon (square with an arrow pointing up) → choose “Add to Home Screen” → “Add”. merkio then appears with its own icon like a regular app.

Android (browser): In Chrome open the menu → “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
